What universities in California have the best undergrad english programs (with good focus in creative writing)?

I’m just looking for different opinions and advice. I’m a senior in high school, and I’ll be at a JC for a couple years before transferring somewhere. Not in a huge rush. But yeah, creative writing is my goal. Any suggestions?

Check out the UC schools. I hear UCSB has a special “College of Creative Studies” program with a Creative Writing Program, I’m pretty sure. Check their website, though.

UCLA is also a biggie.
